Récemment rénové, il dispose d'une cuisine équipée ouverte sur un salon pour se détendre ou télétravailler. La terrasse plein sud offre une vue sur Notre Dame de la Garde. L'espace nuit comprend deux chambres avec lits doubles et rangements. Proche des transports (métro à 1 min) et des quartiers animés du Vieux-Port et du Cours Julien. Restaurants, cafés et commerces à proximité.
