Positive: Rooms were spacious, clean and bathroom facilities recently renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: No shelf in the shower. No large towel rail to hang and dry towels for re-use No toilet roll holder Two single mattresses that didn't fit the double bed frame properly. Would be a lot more comfortable with a double mattress that actually fitted the bed frame. There were 3 different keys to access your room which were all very temperamental. Also no colour coding so difficult to know which key was for which lock. The coffee pod machine was good but it would be nice to have one in each room rather than a shared space. Also stocking of coffee pods and toilet roll had to be requested rather than preempted by the staff.

Positive: This property is a real gem in this old Sicilian town. The rooms are clean, comfortable and big. The management were very nice and a great traditional breakfast and coffee is ready for wake up. The rooftop terrace has a great view and a nice cold pool.

Negative: Nothing 5*.
