Positive: Great room for families, perfect value for the money. Great shows ar night, good facilities for kids, amazing personnel.

Negative: Food wasn’t great but there were plenty of options. Sea was muddy due to how they’ve built the area.

Positive: The pool was huge measuring around 103m long. The beach was private and the swim area fantastic, we loved sitting on the jetty . The walk to the shops / bars is easily accessible and only a short walk . All areas inside and out were very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, enjoyed many lunches at the poolside bar. All inclusive cocktails and drinks were really good . We had a lovely sea view room.

Negative: The buffet was slightly repetitive. Not really enough tables for 2 people , if they were just slightly pulled apart this would have been better as not everyone wants to share a table.

Summary: Had a wonderful holiday, would definitely like to return

Positive: I am writing this review mainly to highlight a few exceptional staff members. I would like to sincerely thank Emine, who cleaned our family room (2404) every day for 7 days, for her kindness, friendliness, and excellent work. She is a very helpful, understanding, and professional member of your team. I would also like to thank Said, who was serving ice cream. With his friendly attitude and warm smile, he was doing his job perfectly. The evening shows were also enjoyable.

Negative: Our room had a damp smell, and the building/rooms felt very old. The animation team could have been selected more carefully, as the entertainment was not very engaging. The food was often repetitive, with little variety.

Positive: We had the best all inclusive resort experience ever! The service was amazing, the food was delicious, the location was perfect. The facilities be it pool, kids club or the beach exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Aybars in customer relations and Melis in kids’ club for making our stay extra pleasant. We will come again!

Positive: Great location, nice beach and 10 mins walk along the promenade for shopping and views of the marina. Lovely pool and settings. Table service for all inclusive snacks and drinks were a good touch, no need to queue up for ages. Boat trips and water sports on site. Beautiful sunset daily - unforgettable views from the sea view rooms. Polite and helpful staff.

Negative: Food a bit repetitive. Dinner service finished promptly at 9pm - they actually started to remove all the food from the buffet at 9pm so if you joined the restaurant at that time, there’d be no more food left, so it all felt very rushed. Bathrooms were dated and old, use of too many small plastic bottles of shampoo and shower gel (although no body lotion).

Summary: Lovely mid range hotel, well located and value for money.
