Summary: For two seventy year olds it was very clean and spacious. It was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and and seafront. The air conditioning soon cooled down the bedrooms. The 4 star rating is due to the lack of WIFI. The local buses to other parts of the peninsular are a 2 minute walk away and run frequently. The ferry to KOS was another advantage. Sumru was very helpful with airport transfers and other needs.

Summary: This was my first trip to the Bodrum Peninsula and what an introduction! Sumru and her family are perfect hosts. The location to town is perfect and the house is immaculately clean. Sumru has a wealth of knowledge about the area and recommended a great place to eat as well as several other "must see " locations in other parts of the area. We did visit a couple of the places he suggested and they were well worth it. I would stay there again without any hesitation and would recommend this accomodation to everyone that was the thinking of staying in Turkey and Bodrum Peninsula.

Summary: We had a beautiful holiday for 14 days in this villa. It is a perfect stay for people who like to enjoy the real life in Turkey. It was like our home and it is so quiet and relaxed there. The saturday market and the marina is a stonethjrow away. The flat has all what you need and for breakfast and dinner you can buy everything fresh at the near local markets. The fruits and vegetables are so delicious and cheap. In the near of the house you will find a lot of different beaches with clear and turquoise ocean. We were every day swimming. We like to come back next time and we are sure it wasn`t our last stay in the Marina Townhouse. The owners are very friendly and helpfully. More is not possible!

Summary: Great spot for a few days. Excellent accommodation with all the comforts of home. Very handy to markets, food etc. Easy ride to Bodrum too. Good value.
