Positive: The house was nice and comfortable

Negative: The location was not safe, we heard gun shots through out the night and it is located in a bad neighborhood. Upon arrival there were a few areas that were not very clean, there was still strands of hair in the bath tub. We had to check out early because we did not feel safe.

Positive: House was comfortable, clean. Coffee machine in kitchen. Nice bedrooms, comfy beds. We arrived in dreadful weather, one room leaked rain. Owner responded immediately, came over, fixed it all up. Great service. Street car and a number of buses within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Easy to find and use. Can buy a day pass at Walgreens, a senior pass was 80 cents a day !!. Wow Lyft and Uber also found us easily. We had a great time

Negative: Journey into central New Orleans took 20 to 30 minutes on streetcar, about 20mins on bus. So we spent an hour a day travelling. But the house is well priced and central hotels cost a great deal. So it's a balance. We arrived late in the evening and used the shop across the street. I found it a little intimidating, but there was no problem. There are supermarkets quite close by.

Positive: The property was absolutely wonderful!! Clean, welcoming, everything you would want to call home for the week. The host were absolutely accommodating as well. Couldn’t ask for a better stay
