Positive: Hard to imagine a better location in Pienza, just 50 feet off the main street and a short and easy walk from the parking area; room was clean and comfortable with access to a kitchen; owners were incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations; breakfast was wonderful - would happily stay again

Negative: One steep staircase to get to the room but it's the centro historico, to be expected...

Positive: Elizabetta and Jon Luc were amazing hosts. The property is in a perfect location in Pienza. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast were the best we had in Italy. Amazing views from the rooftop Terrace. All of her views we were we’re right on this property. It was amazing.

Summary: Excellent place to stay! Highly recommend this wonderful property. They certainly know what they’re doing.

Positive: One of the sweetest experiences we’ve had with a host. The homemade cakes and fresh juice for breakfast were amazing. Elisabetta made us feel at home and were very welcoming. Was a great location as well to all the sights we wanted to see.

Positive: Very beautiful place to stay in small Tuscan town! One of the thing that made this stay this wonderful is the hostess! She was very helpful, always smiling, you could just feel the warmth coming from her:) The property is located in the middle of Pienza and has its own rooftop terrace. The views - stunning! Breakfast - perfect! The town - such a beauty! And, we could sleep without AC - with windows open, as there were no bugs (as the property is in the town).

Negative: Essentially nothing:) just have in mind that you will need to climb some stairs to reach the property (up to 20).

Positive: This was easily the best place we stayed in our whole trip to Europe. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, but what made it truly special was Elisabetta and her husband (Luca? I’m sorry if I got that wrong), who made us feel like old friends who were staying with us. They were able to help us book an AMAZING cooking class, recommended restaurants, and were very generous with their time without being overbearing. The icing on the cake was the phenomenally good breakfast with cheese, meat, fresh pastries, cakes, coffee & freshly squeezed orange juice. When the weather is good you can have breakfast on the patio with a beautiful view of the city on one side and the Tuscan hills on the other - it was pure bliss.
