Positive: I stayed at La Bastide Portoly B&B for a wedding that I was attending and Heike the host couldnt be more accomodating. The room was perfect and spacious and the pool was a lovely addition to the already beautifl chateau! Also the breakfast Heike provided was outstanding.

Positive: Peter and Heike were kind and generous with their welcome and insistence in helping with our luggage both on our arrival and also when we departed their property. The breakfast provided was excellent in quality and quantity. There was nothing we did not lack and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.

Negative: Nothing at all.

Summary: Most comfortable and good value. We will certainly return again.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent with so much choice. The coffee machine was exciting and amazing. Timing to arrive at breakfast is important as our host prepares freshly boiled eggs which she doesn't wish to serve cold - best be on time! Location, access and parking are just fine and the views are stupendous. Our lady host was charming and attentive - we couldn't have wished for better.
