Summary: Great Hotel, Superb location. Hotel room felt sooo quite, yet you look out the window and its buzzing with energy. Coffee in lobby was great Gym was decent Bed super comfortable Staff welcoming and friendly 100% recommend this hotel for a city break

Summary: This hotel was incredible! It's in a prime location near top attractions and public transit, so it's super easy for exploring Chicago. My room was perfect - I don't have a single complaint. The AC was cold, the shower was warm, and the bed was super comfy. The room has a hip modern design with nice furniture. I stayed on the 14th floor with a beautiful river view and despite construction outside and the L train nearby, it was surprisingly quiet and I slept great every night. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall this was a fantastic hotel stay and I'll definitely book at L7 again on my next trip to Chicago.

Summary: Oh this is an underestimated luxury hotel. The loveliest aesthetics. The service team is absolutely amazing, accommodating and funny, Its natural in them to make everyone feel comfortable The rooms - OMG the small amenities that count in the lighting, furniture, layout and plugs.. .Great at a business and personal traveler . Location - Location- Location- great for getting around DT Chicago also. Yes- raved about this hotel at work and said it needs to be on our preferred list!
