Positive: The location is quite interesting, in a rocky, spectacular area. The terrace feels private, the flower arrangements and the rocks look really nice, and the place has a special feel to it. The place is spacious enough, clean and feels comfy, the kitchen is equipped, and there’s a coffee maker which brews a lovely cup of coffee. Owners were very nice and helpful. The water in the fridge was a nice touch. Parking is available. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance, along with a supermarket. All in all it was quite nice and would recommend it. The nicest beach we enjoyed nearby was the Grande Pevero.

Negative: The pillows are not comfortable. There’s a sign in the kitchen that says that you’ll be charged a fee in case you don’t leave the kitchen and dishes clean, which I think sends the wrong message. I would never rely on other guests to leave the dishes and cutlery sanitary and clean enough for my next guests. It’s not that I mind cleaning after myself, but I mind the idea that it’s necessary to pre-wash everything I use, in a place where I come assuming that everything was sanitized beforehand for my safety. Also, fresh towels are offered only upon request, and the apartment is not serviced at all. For the same value, my upcoming stay was at a hotel where cleaning and fresh towels were provided every day by default.

Positive: The host met us on arrival to show us around! The place is super cute and in a very quiet area, but still walkable to many spots! The beds were comfortable & AC worked well! The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic needs and parking was right on the property! Porto cervo was a stunning spot, and I’m glad we came to visit!

Negative: The WiFi was very weak most of the time and cell service also didn’t work in the house. Taxis in the area are very, very difficult to find and the companies were unreliable- this has nothing to do with the host/property- just fair warning to expect this when visiting!

Summary: Excellent stay!

Positive: The owner of the house - Vallí - thought of several details to make the stay comfortable, from arrival to departure. She is super friendly and available. The house is great and meets all needs. I really liked!!!

Negative: The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be improved but this is not a problem.
