Positive: Jean is a great host! The binder provided was full of valuable local information and he shared additional recommendations. The apartment is lovely, with two large bedrooms and lots of storage. The kitchen is very well equipped with high quality appliances. The living room and dining room are large and bright. The bathroom was functional, equipped with a good hair dryer. The location is ideal for the metro and we easily walked to the city center for shopping and dining. Toulouse was beautiful, with lots of interesting museums, parks and architecture, and many quality restaurants were throughout the city. The Victor Hugo Market is not to be missed. The apartment itself, the location and the city combine to create a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!!

Negative: The bathroom could use a little updating, although the two sinks were appreciated.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. The building is art nouveau period and has a beautiful staircase and front door. It was well appointed as far as the kitchen was concerned. There were a good number of power points. The parking next door was very handy as parking in Toulouse is very difficult. There was lots of hanging space for clothes. The shower was very good. The owner responded quickly to texts.

Negative: We had the apartment called “Arthur”. The rooms were very small. It appeared that the apartment was once one room that had been divided into a very small living room/kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom. The living room was so restricted that when we had a visitor we found it more comfortable to sit on the bed. There was no shelf or cupboard in the bathroom.

Summary: The flat had everything required. The staircase was the best thing.

Positive: Location is very convenient. Cosy apartment with lift and air conditioner. The host provide the direction clearly, and they also provide private parking lot with pay reasonable fee. I will recommend the stylish apartment.

Positive: Great property! Very nice to have all the utilities. To save space some things were easy to put away. A lot of storage room as well. Loved the coffee!

Negative: It was mentioned there was Air Conditioning for our room which was not the case. Only a fan, which was helpful when it cooled down outside. Good thing we were not inside during the day. Mentioned it to the owner and he will take action on it. Great to see his determination to create perfect apartments!
