Positive: The house is new and tidy. It has two rooms with three double beds, one bathroom, and the space is very large. The photos match the actual space exactly. The soundproofing is excellent, making it very quiet at night, so we slept soundly. Transportation is convenient — it’s only a 5-minute walk from Exit 15 of Seoul Station. It’s close to Hongdae, Myeongdong, and Gyeongbokgung Palace by subway, and about an hour and a half to Incheon Airport. All amenities are provided: washing machine, TV, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and Wi-Fi. Toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, slippers, trash bags, and tableware are all available. The heating is also strong, so it wasn’t cold at all after showering. The host is very nice, replies quickly, and kindly agreed to our early check-in request.

Negative: The guesthouse is on the second floor, and you have to go up a narrow and steep staircase to get there. It’s not very convenient if you’re carrying large suitcases. Occasionally, the shower water pressure becomes very low and takes a while to recover, though most of the time it remains steady.
