Summary: this is the best upscale hotel in Palm Springs. No comparison. Parker is number two. The horizon has always been our favorite. The staff is incredible. The food is amazing and the rooms are perfection. Thank you lhorizon for another exquisite stay.🙏

Summary: We were unable to check-in to our room until after 5pm do to a policy that allowed certain guests who booked through a special promotion to checkout at 4pm. This was too late of a check-in for me.

Summary: Lovely pools and lounges. 2 bars. Staff cleaned and replaced bath towels frequently during the day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There were a few minor issues with the room (automatic curtains failed to function once, loose shower faucet), but most were fixed promptly. The black and white rug needed professional cleaning or at least a more thorough vacuuming.

Summary: READ before booking. This property had glowing reviews so I was a bit confused what was so amazing about this place when we stayed- considering how much we travel for work/pleasure I would never come back or recommend. Overall for the price of the rooms and the price of the restaurant/ spa it is not worth it and they do not go above and beyond like other 5 star hotels. The staff seemed inexperienced and overall had a weird vibe. The one restaurant/ menu they had on the entire property only had 1 vegetarian option for dinner. They were not accommodating whatsoever. We shared an entree (mushroom and rice), had some bread rolls and each 2 glasses of wine and it was over $300 lol. The rooms are cheap looking inside. The Le Labo was the only redeeming touch. There is nothing to do besides go in the pool or Jacuzzi, which was nice because it isn't crowded. But overall it was a bit boring. The view was nice.
