Positive: Super clean and modern. Had a great breakfast. Staff was amazing! Had both a restaurant and bar. Everything was near. We stayed for 16 days. It was our second time.

Positive: What i love in L’ Asunción Hotel is in the heart of Baybay. Everything is accessible from the Mall, to the Market and the famous boulevard in the city too. The property is well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Mostly, the staff are very accommodating, friendly , and kindhearted. I would like to give a big credit to “MR. LESTER” i thought i lost my GUCCI BAG in the lobby as i left it there 3 hrs ago. Luckily he is the one who saw it and gave it back to me. His actions shows how dedicated and trustworthy he is at his work!!! Mr. Lester you are very much appreciated!!! Thank You Again!!!🙏🫶💋

Negative: What we didn’t like in our stay was clogging in bathroom sink and there is only one mirror available inside the bathroom.😂😂 Breakfast meal is less option ( No Pancakes )😔

Positive: Hotel was outstanding! It’s always clean, everything is new and working properly, excellent WiFi, good water pressure, hot water, clean and we maintained, the food is great, and most of all the staff are friendly and helpful. This is the best hotel in Baybay without a doubt. We will be back for sure.

Negative: Nothing as everything was amazing.
