Positive: Fantastic location. In a typical French street. Apartment is set within a gated stone archway and up some authentic old steps which could be tricky for people with limited mobility! Balcony overlooks a beautiful courtyard setting with a fabulous restaurant that I thoroughly recommend.

Summary: Nimes is a very underrated city. I was taken aback by its authenticity and Roman achiture/influence.

Positive: Central location, near historical landmarks (Roman times), large living space, well appointed apartment. One block from best shopping mall in the City, near restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc… Driving distance to many area attractions.

Negative: Top floor. Difficult for older people or physically challenged people. Older buildings are not ergonomic for modern standards, but the charm and historical significance make the inconveniences less difficult.

Summary: Very good stay.

Positive: Good sized apartment. The location is ok.

Negative: The maintenance is very bad. I demand for some help via WhatsApp by I never had an answer. The toilet sino doesn't work, some lights bulbs doesn't work, there is humidity in the living room walls, and the kitchen appliances are old and destroyed (the kettle was broken). If you find the apartment at a cheap price go for it.

Positive: all we could hope for, excellent location, clean, very well appointed!

Negative: prior to arriving we received many emails about the legal issues, processes?! to which I responded!? i also sent 4 emails, messages requesting a early check in!? no reply to any!? on arrival we discovered No toilet paper!?! A minor problem!? which I emailed to the team!? only to be told that toilet paper was in the welcome bag!? Not the case!! But no offer to send any!? after another day a follow up email!? how are things!? to which I replied about the issue!? but not to send toilet paper we solved the issue!? we did receive dishwasher tablets!? But no dishwasher!? i suggest the owner to reassess the management plan!? the little things that make a difference!?
