Positive: The apartment was absolutely lovely - very tastefully furnished and well equipped, spotless and with super comfortable beds. There is a lovely balcony area to sit and enjoy the sunset and easy and secure parking on site. 5 minutes walk from the very pretty town centre with restaurants etc. Communication before we arrived from our hosts was excellent and so the apartment was very easy to find and access - thank you! For us it was a perfect stopover on the way back from Spain although we wished we could have stayed longer to explore the town and region! 😊

Negative: Not sure why we couldn't connect with WiFi, 3rd floor apartment no elevator difficult with luggage/supplies, we were unlucky with upstairs neighbors having a fight at night

Negative: The neighbours were very Noisy. I think the upstairs apartment had no carpets like the rented apartment. Maybe it was a bad evening…

Positive: Huge apartment, well appointed. Clean and comfortable. Nominated parking space so no hunting for on street parking. Lovely little bar in walking distance and the town centre only a short walk away.

Negative: 3rd floor with no lift can be a problem for older people. We're in our 70s, fit and mobile but we still found it tiring.

Summary: Perfect for a rest on a journey or as base to explore the area.

Positive: We loved this apartment. Everything you could possibly need has been provided. The location was great as it was a very short walk into the centre. The parking was a real bonus. The apartment is modern and it all felt recently completed. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Issoire.

Positive: Lovely apartment in an excellent location with secure parking. Plenty of cooking equipment. Quiet.

Negative: Gas for the hob ran out immediately so, after consultation with owner, a small electric hob used which was not as convenient but served its purpose. There is no dining table, just a single very high table with stools, much too high for us of average height. Difficult to get comfortable to eat and only a very small table. Beds on the hard side. There is a notice threatening severe sanctions and loss of deposit if the "regulations" are broken but the regulations could not be found and had not been notified in advance. Specifically walls which are all painted white so very difficult not to mark. It made us worry about even brushing against a wall.
