Positive: On arrival, we were met with the owners of the unit. Details of procedures, fittings, and operations were fully explained.

Negative: Finding the place was extremely difficult. 2 GPS units used, and they both got us lost. This unit is in a very small suburb of Nice, on hilly terrain, and small streets. We eventually made it though!

Summary: Needle in a haystack unit, but treasure was finally found.

Positive: Everything was new and good, surrounding was safe. Parking was good also. Couple who rented the apartment was so kind and nice! We came late and they was still friendly.

Positive: Quiet, privacy and most important amazingly kind and interesting host couple; both made us feel at home immediately. We could talk for hours if we wanted but at the same time they were so respectful of our privacy. Before we even though about something missing they would be there to help proactively .

Negative: Nothing at all but if pressed then that the couple does not speak Taiwanese 😀, I was jealous seeing how my boyfie seemed to be having so much fun talking to the host, the only time I wish I payed attention in my French class.

Summary: Best place around Nice !!!
