Positive: It is very nice, clean and cozy appartment with available parking lot in the yard behind the gate. We were 3 friends and during our 3 night stay everything was OK. No noise from neighbours nor from the street. It takes about 30 minutes walk to city center, but nearby is a tram stop.

Summary: I would use this appt next time

Positive: Very clean, spacious apartment, good access to public transport, quiet area.

Negative: There was no hand soap provided, and although we were asked to wash the dishes when we leave (of course we had no problem with this part) there was also no dish detergent… I tried to contact the property about this, they responded quickly saying they would get back to me, then for the next days no one said anything else…. I would have had no problem with the absence of soap (in the end, the property said they do NOT provide it…) but I would have prefered knowing beforehand, then I would have brought my own. And in terms of dish detergent… I believe that it is a necessity in any property that has a kitchen… I also asked about small towels (because we only got large ones) the nigh of arrival, the property responded on the last night that we got one towel per person. I suppose we should be happy we got the big ones and not the small ones, seeing as there was only one per person provided. Maybe my requests seem like luxury, but every place I stayed at so far provided these amenities…. In the bathroom the shower curtain seemed stained by the calcarous water, it was not dirty but it gave that impression. The other thing that was a bit off, but unrelated to the managing of the unit, was the moldy smell… but it was not as disturbing seeing we were not there all day.

Summary: Very nice apartment, extremely clean, good area, maybe they could work on providing more amenities.

Positive: The location of the place is good, close to the tram. The parking is gated and safe.

Negative: The apartment was visibly dirty. There was dust on the carpet and nightstand as well as hair in the bath. There was some noise in the hallway, either from the pipes or internet modem. Light in the room died on the second night.
