Positive: Spacious modern comfortable and tidy 1 bed apartment. Secure, easy access, and private parking. Very clear instructions and ease to access the keys and apartment. Very convenient - opposite supermarket, and various take away food places.

Negative: I must stress the comments below are minor, and didn’t really detract from the experience significantly. Firstly The kitchen worktop and breakfast bar was sticky and not to the cleanliness expectations I’d expect at this level of price. This aspect independent of the rest of the apartment is a 4/10. The rest of the apartment was clean and was happy with it overall. This will sound silly - but the bedding was grey in colour vs the white in the pictures. Even though the sheets looked clean - I feel you cannot hide anything when sheets are pristine white instead of grey… and because the breakfast bar wasn’t as clean as I expected, I felt the details were not considered as best as they could have been. Lastly I was requested to take the trash out upon leaving the apartment. It wasn’t a major issue but at this cost the host shouldn’t be requesting this, especially if you’re not checking your messages and need to leave quickly - just something else to do.

Summary: Very good apartment full convenience, and private secure parking

Positive: The apartment was great. Very roomy and well equipped with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave. The beds were excellent. The location is a bit out of the way, but it worked well for us. Some restaurants and take-aways in the area as well as a good super market, but not really a lot of options for dining out. On the flip-side, it was very quiet.

Negative: It was a little complex to get into the apartment with door codes and key boxes, but with patience and the instructions in front of us, it worked out in the end. The chairs and the couch are strangely not that comfortable, so it is not a place to really hang out in all night.

Positive: Very close to Renault Technocentre and close to many shops and supermarkets. The host sent a message with a very detailed description of all the steps and codes. The building is inside a gate and quite clean. There was even some salt and pepper to prepare a quick meal if needed.

Negative: The shower was not very clean (some hair from the previous people) and the kitchen table was quite sticky.

Positive: Good location for Versailles and Golf National, free parking was great and it was easy to find. Handy shops and restaurants nearby.

Negative: Unfortunately when we checked in the apartment was dirty, the bedsheets and pillows were the quality like you would find in a student dorm room (lumpy pillows, patterned sheets with stains) and smelled like they had not been washed. The shower was also full of dirt and the apartment had a damp smell. When we let the host know we were advised the cleaning company was short staffed so I guess we were unlucky but it really tainted our stay as we always felt dirty while in the apartment.

Positive: Great apartment, everything you need for your stay. Very clean, and very dark at night if you want it to be, the blinds can cut all the light and I had an amazing sleep from this, just what I needed. I had some last minute requests to the owners, they worked hard to accommodate those requests, and I am grateful for the effort. I will stay again in the near future. Many thanks to those who I had communication with before my stay. 10/10.

Negative: Everything was perfect although, you need two wine glasses..!
