Positive: The location is quite central, not far from the bus stop and main centre streets. It's also very authentic. The place offered lots of space compared to Japanese standards. It also had a washing machine, which was nice in the midst of our travels.

Negative: The place was quite basic and lacking basic things, such as bed linen for our party (we got one missing set only the next day), tea bags would have been nice, a rack for clothes... Since the place was quite old, there were holes in the window to the street and cold air coming in. Also, if you have valuables, the door to the outside was not very serious (luckily, it's Japan - would be very risky in any other place in the world).

Positive: Vadin met us during check in to help with any questions. Area was close to Nishiki market, shopping, food. Less than an hour to most major locations, using the bus.

Positive: Traditional Japanese unit, very private and spacious with all amenities and ideal location in heart of the city. Had to check in late but staff super helpful! Plans to return, hopefully🤞🏼next few years and will try and book same place again!
