Positive: One of my favorite stays in Kerala. The host were so kind, welcoming and organized such a cute cruse (koko cruise) to get us from the mainland to the island where this stay is located. The room in which we stayed in (as all rooms I guess) are very modern and new. What we loved the most is that the host cooked for us the most authentic food for breakfast and dinner which added such a nice touch to it all. Especially if you’ve been traveling for quite a time you crave homemade food. The place has a lovely garden with a pool. And the host offered us refreshments while we were chilling in the garden. Jismon took us for a kayak ride so we could explore routes of the backwaters that you cannot reach with bigger cruses. Overall had the best time and cannot wait to comeback

Positive: Very peaceful and relaxing setting away from the busy cities. The staff are so welcoming and willing to help. They played with our kids, taught them how to fish and cut up endless fresh fruit. The staff were a highlight. We were fortunate to have the property to ourselves for two nights which was very calm

Negative: It’s a bit secluded which is why we chose it but that limits lunch options. We had breakfast and dinner every day at the resort which were great. Unfortunately on the last night there was a very loud group who stayed up until early hours partying. This is no fault of the property but unfortunate we got unlucky with other guests.

Positive: The boat ride to the hotel was amazing. Staff were very helpful.

Negative: They dont have food stock. So better take food along if u haven't informed them. Food which was made live was outstanding

Positive: Omg!! What a great stay, surrounded by beautiful backwaters with a great pool to swim in, beds were clean and comfortable and rooms are huge ! One of my favourite experiences of my trip, everyone working there did their upmost to make this the best experience possible!

Negative: Nothing, perfection!

Positive: The staff Jathevedh was super helpful and understanding. We travelled with a baby and he made sure everything was comfortable for me and my family. Same goes for Kiched staff. And the property is well maintained and clean which adds to the allure of this beautiful lake front property.
