Positive: Location at the beach. Swimming pool with a view. Apartment was sufficiently large and had sufficient kitchen equipment. Sea view and mountains view was very nice. Good strong airco. Landlord allowed late checkout. Aparthotel provided beach chairs and towels.

Negative: These little negative points didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay. The actual sea view from the apartment is not the one as on the photo. So, for example, the sunset is blocked by other balconies. Despite that apartment is advertised as having multiple sleeping places and there is a sofa in the living room, it had only one set of bed sheets. My teenage daughter had to sleep on our beach towels instead of sheets… And the owner is replying with a 1-2 days delay. Kvariati, as location, could be a bit tricky for those who is used to big city service. It’s on a distance from Batumi. For example, in early morning or late evening, no Bolt taxis. And no food delivery. Wifi didn’t actually work…

Positive: Great location - the hotel is on the beach, but on the other side there are green mountains. There is everything you need in appartment. Bed is comfortable, also sofa is suitable. Balcony with sea and mountain views is very cosy, there is nessesery outdoor furniture there. Pool has fantastic view on sea, but it's small and noisy.

Negative: Electric oven - it's difficult to prepare food there. only breakfast.
