Summary: Very relaxing stay. Room was lovely, homely and comfy. Food fantastic, apart from raw horsemeat that was served which wasn't for me. Onsen was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from the bus from Hakata. It's the first ryokan down the hill from the bus stop. There's no sign in English outside but google translate confirmed we were at right place.

Summary: This was my first experience at at ryokan, and the inn is one I would gladly visit again. Great staff, comfortable beddings, fantastic exteriors, and amazing spa facilities (both public and private). It's a bit of a walk from the main town, though.

Summary: The staffs were very nice and helpful. The environment was brilliant and clean. The Onsen was very good. The spring water was very clean and clear.

Summary: Room 116 had a moldy smell. Water stains were visible on wall. I asked to change rooms and they allowed a change to the second floor. I don't think they should be utilizing that room at all with that strong smell of mold. The second room had no such smell.
