Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Unazuki Onsen Yamanoha. The **staff were extremely polite, helpful, and explained all the available facilities in detail**, which made us feel very welcomed from the start. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a spectacular view of the Kurobe Gorge and its iconic red bridge— truly a highlight of our stay. It provided a peaceful and scenic atmosphere, perfect for relaxing as a family. The onsen was comfortable and enjoyable, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The location is excellent, just a short 5-minute walk from Unazuki Onsen Station, which made it very convenient for us. We especially loved the dinner buffet — it offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, while the breakfast was good as well. An added highlight was the sightseeing train ride through the Kurobe Gorge, which was a fun and memorable experience for the kids. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Japan. Highly recommended for families!
