Positive: The place is very easy to find. Rooms are very comfortable Large beds, clean linen Dinner was very tasty, we always left our plates empty

Negative: Breakfast not so good, especially the eggs were not prepared well. Definitely a different chef prepares breakfast and dinner Breakfast Staff needs some training from an experienced person

Positive: How quiet peaceful and secluded it is!!! The staff were so warm and friendly it was perfect!

Negative: That we couldn’t use the pool. Although we were given another option. The did mention that when we visit again next time it will be way better

Positive: I felt very welcome at Kulala Stays Lodge. The owners went out their way to make sure I was comfortable and looked after. The lodge is relatively new, and the room was spotless. The lodge is linked to a shuttle company so organizing an airport shuttle was very easy. They also do shuttles to the various attractions in Livingstone. The breakfast was simple but well done. Dinner can also be provided on request. Being on the outskirts of Livingstone the area is quiet and peaceful. Good value for money.

Negative: The dining area is undercover but open to the elements, so I found myself fending off mosquitoes. Perhaps some citronella candles could be lit on the tables and would also add some ambience. As the lodge is new, some parts of the property still have bare earth - if these areas could be grassed or gravelled it would improve the aesthetic. The rooms don't come with a view. As the lodge is away from the tourist attractions, it may better suit business travellers such as myself who just need a quiet, comfortable place to stay for the night.
