Blending light-filled interiors with generous proportions and contemporary styling, the property is the perfect retreat to share with friends and family. The home is luxuriously furnished and equipped offering a sophisticated relaxed decor. As to be expected in a property of this calibre, the home offers televisions in each living room, an equipped games room, espresso machine, an alfresco barbecue and of course for those that crave connectivity to the outside world, high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi.
You enter Ku De Ta through a tropical landscaped courtyard. Adjacent, the stunning alfresco room is the centre of the relaxed lifestyle providing a place to dine, chill and relax overlooking the private sparkling tiled pool. Flowing through, the ground level comprises a generous fully equipped kitchen and dining room, fully equipped games room with pool table and darts board and a sunken lounge that flows out onto the covered terrace.
The ground level also offers two queen bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate toilet. On the mid-level, a king master suite provides complete privacy, while the top level offers a second king master and a fifth bedroom providing the flexibility of being configured as either two single beds or an additional king bed. Summary: Well appointed house, clean and beautifully presented. It comfortably accommodated 10 of us. The kitchen/BBQ area is a very generous size and it's great to be able to BBQ in any weather. The bedrooms and family room are a good size. The stairs don't have handrails and it's too far to walk to the beach. Overall we loved it.
