Positive: location and cleanliness is good . staff behaviour is good as well

Negative: during checkout i got to know even served nuts were chargeble however it clearly gave feels like welcome complimentary .. can understand minibar is chargeble but something on served with tea/coffee tray cant look like .so this can be misead to guests .

Positive: Everything is good at the property. Good food and good facilities. No complaints with anything except that one girl at the reception who makes it worse for us.

Negative: The reception staff. There are two females at the reception, who are horrible. They have no idea of how to talk to customers, will ask for money as soon as I book it from the booking.com site. The paper work for the stay is never ready as well. We asked them to help us keep our bag at the reception for sometime as we were departing later, to which the receptionist denied with a sense of entitlement. And when i asked why? The way she looked at me lol, she would have killed me in that moment. Mostly must be angry at her parents so bad in that moment, she made sure we feel threatened in that moment. Madam needs to learn soft skills for sure.

Summary: Good stay, if u know how to tolerate the receptionist’s arrogance.
