Positive: I've booked the room in the last moment. We arrived quite late (after 23:00) and Maria waited for us and made sure everything was fine. She also helped us with the directions for our onward trip. It was only an overnight stay which we enjoyed and had everything we needed.

Negative: Nothing to complain about. Would be nice if a breakfast could be purchased as an additional service.
