Positive: Firstly the hotel did not disappoint - the information and photos on Booking.com is entirely accurate. The location is also great - close enough to all the action in Alacati but also calm and peaceful at night. You wake up feeling refreshed and the hotel's delicious breakfast is waiting for you. But most importantly, the highlight of our stay was the hospitality Furkan and his colleagues provided. Honestly they made us feel at home at all times. Furkan and his colleagues are always (honestly 7/24) ready to go above and beyond expectations. They provide excellent recommendations and seek feedback at every opportunity to ensure your stay is as seamless as possible. Overall we enjoyed every single aspect of the hotel and the services provided. Furkan even came to see us off which we thought was very thoughtful.

Negative: Honestly we cannot think of anything. The service, the hotel itself, the location - everything was just fabulous.
