Positive: Food and location was really great. You get to see birds that you haven’t seen before. Please carry a binoculars or you will regret.

Negative: There was no hot water for bathe. Boiler system ain’t so great. I wish they install geysers soon. But not a big deal it was all amazing.

Positive: Property location is good, has open area and very clean and properly maintained - surrounded by 360 degree view of mountains and had the best view from terrace.

Negative: The rooms were not having ventilation with no exhaust in bathrooms or windows mesh/nets - so it was suffocating during the night and opening windows without mesh was attracting insects

Negative: Bad odour in the room. Stagnant. It was not used for many days. Food was highly priced.

Positive: The place has a 360 deg terrace with lovely views of the mountains. 10 minutes from kalasa town and soormane falls, which was awesome. 50 minutes from kyattanamakki viewpoint. 20 minutes from trees estates Plenty of birds in the missing including lots of hornbill, kingfisher Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms clean and well maintained Nice long balcony to relax. I visited Diwali week and weather was very pleasant with frequent showers Host was very friendly and helpful. He gave suggestions for falls, view point, temples. He arranged for Jeep ride to kyattanamakki Food was great. Local, home made and timely. They had one dining area but managed to serve efficiently for multiple groups is visitors separately. Great place for families or groups.

Negative: The only issue is reaching form Kalasa which is quite a drive . Suggestion to Mr and Mrs Ravi to keep the bathroom sinks and the windows more cleaner .

Positive: Upon arriving at the homestay, Mr. Ravikumar greeted us warmly with his kind-hearted wife by his side. His first words were "my home, you stay" which set the tone for our delightful stay. Throughout our time there, he was exceptionally caring and always had a smile on his face. One of the highlights was the enchanting trek to Gaaligudda peak, just a short jeep ride followed by a scenic walk. This experience is a definite must for anyone visiting Kalasa.

Positive: It is an extremely beautiful property, the view is just perfect. They serve some great home cooked meals too. Perfect for a weekend trip.
