Formed by 2 self-contained houses RENTED TOGETHER AS A WHOLE independent villa to enjoy great privacy and exclusive use of the grounds as well as the swimming pool, Kostas Beach Estate can sleep up to 8 guests thanks to its 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large lounges, huge gardens and fully air-conditioned interiors. Location, quality, peace, privacy and unbeatable value for money are the special ingredients able to turn this welcoming estate into the perfect holiday home, away from the crowds yet close to everything.
The property is composed by 2 identical 1-floor detached house, rented together as a whole to benefit from the exclusive use of the private swimming pool and gardens. Each house has its own spacious lounge (sofas, satellite tv, wi-fi internet), well equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 large double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom, 1 family bathroom with bathtub + shower over. All the rooms open onto spacious balcony overlooking the pool and the olive groves. The property offers therefore in total 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The whole interior areas are air-conditioned, both bedrooms and lounges, included in the rental price. The property is finished with taste and classical style, to fully match the traditional Corfiot atmosphere with the most modern amenities.
Outside, the property is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, mediterranean shrubs and olive trees providing shade and a totally idyllic environment. The large private pool, reserved to the guests of Kostas Beach Estate, measures 10m x 4m (depth 0.5m to 1.6m) and is equipped with sunshades and sunbeds. The pool has Roman Steps into it and is beautifully lit at night. The guests also have exclusive use of the extensive grounds surrounding the property, equipped with barbecue, dining table for 10, flowers as well as private gated parking.

Summary: Great place to stay for two families. Maria was very helpful and responsive. There are 2 lovely restaurants and 1 bar within walking distance… plus a beach great for kids as shallow waters. There isn’t any food shops nearby though! Closest one is 2.5 km, so a car is useful - but there’s a great car hire down the road.

Summary: Houses were spacious and cool and the pool was amazing a huge hit with us all. There was also a BBQ which we used often in the evenings. Two beaches are a short walk away are were fairly quiet and sandy one with a super beach bar, a couple of good fish taverns also in walking distance. Local towns a short drive away for more restaurants and bars. Check in and out very straightforward and host very responsive. A great time was had by all.

Summary: Kostas Beach Estate is so easily accessible and close to the beach yet it is private. We loved the pool area which is not too deep so it is lovely and warm. The garden are has lovely sun beds and grass perfect for our 9month old granddaughter to sit on and play in her paddling pool. Evenings spent barbecuing in the outdoor kitchen area were bliss! Already planning our next visit! Thank you so much.
