Positive: Location to Buller was great

Negative: Log fire is great BUT you need to supply dry wood - the logs were soaking wet and didn’t burn properly - set up a covered location for logs

Summary: The cottage is in a good location - however think it was overpriced for what was on offer - the bathroom is super basic

Negative: The balcony is enclosed which is awesome for the dog, but the yard is not - not an issue, just so you know.

Summary: A cosy place with everything you need, 30 mins from the ski fields.

Positive: Beautiful surroundings. Lovely feel inside the house. Fully equipped kitchen. Large balcony with lots of space to sit and enjoy the bush and atmosphere with the beautiful birds on the balcony. Never seen so many king parrots and a friendly Kookaburra. Fantastic location between Mansfield and Mt Bulla.

Negative: Just one bathroom downstairs and bedrooms upstairs so I bit of a walk to the bathroom. This was only a concern because my 80 year old mum was with us, otherwise it wouldn’t have mattered at all

Positive: Very close to my buller and merrijig . Beautiful little country community along amazing river down below. Peaceful Great fire

Negative: There is a spa there that is closed off Would b great to use it outside
