Positive: Good value for money compared to other hotels in Kars. Simple and functional. Top location right in the center. 10 minutes walk from train and bus stations. Staff is friendly and offered us tea on arrival and departure. Late check in. Seemed clean.

Negative: needs proper window blinds as it is a little too bright from outside street lights during the night would be good to have at least a kettle in the room to make some tea or coffee wifi is too slow and often cuts out, needs better router setup. no room service or fresh towels on multi day stays.

Summary: A good simple budget option in Kars with room for improvements.

Positive: Reception was polite and helpful in answering my questions despite the language barrier. The hotel is the best location you can get as it is right on the main shopping street and the castle/old Kars are only 15 mins by walk.

Negative: If you are sensitive to noise, keep in mind that this hotel is in the loudest part of the city so it may not be ideal for you in that case. Some very minor cleanliness issues such as a rotten grape in the corner of the room lol.

Positive: Location The staff helpful for carrying the luggages and getting the taxi

Negative: No lift, need to carry the huge luggages . There is no space to stand in the shower room.

Positive: Comparatively big hotel with a good view on the new mosque. Room has a good size, bathroom was good.

Negative: Check-in took a bit until the room was ready. Room was in the 3rd floor with no elevator. No power socket next to the bed.
