Positive: The property was conveniently located in Saty, halfway between Kaindy and Kolsai lakes. The staff was kind and helpful and we could communicate with them easily using a translator app. They helped us organise a trip to Kaindy Lake. There was a hearty breakfast included, mineral water and a communal kitchen available. Beds were super comfy. Lots of hot water, enough for three people to shower in a row and still available after that. There is also heating/air conditioning in the room, although we didn’t need either. A kettle and a fridge are also available in the room. The cabins are very specious and the setting is quite tranquil. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Kolsai Eco House to anyone coming to the region.

Negative: Unfortunately we visited during a hot spell in the summer. Air conditioning had not yet been installed in our room, and it was very hot (due to the cabin structure). There were no fans on the premises.

Positive: A young staff helped carry the luggage to the room.

Negative: After I booked the room on booking.com I got the message from the hotel requesting to make a prepayment of 30% within 3 hours via PayPal. That was horrible!! What's the point to book via booking.com with Credit card guarantee? How could he request me directly to make the prepayment? Once I arrived, I opened the main door and met one staff. He checked my detail with the owner on the phone and talked to me under the sun in the afternoon. The owner just needed me to pay first. That was so bad! The view from the window is the clothesline. There were many flies in my room.
