Positive: The room were cozy with the magical view surrounding, breakfirst was quite simple but at a small town like Saty, egg with bread and salad were more than enough, we enjoy the stay here.

Negative: Just a bit difficult at communication, but not a big deal, Google translate can help.

The owner personally helped us arrange transportation to Kolsai Lake and Kaindy Lake at a fair and reasonable price, which made our trip so much easier. They also prepared a delicious homemade breakfast that truly made us feel like part of the family. Their children were cheerful and friendly — I absolutely loved them! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and genuine hospitality ❤️

Negative: The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection was very weak, which made it a bit difficult to stay connected. But overall, the warm hospitality and beautiful experience made up for it.

Positive: We were lucky to get the accommodation in the newly opened two-level guesthouse instead of the regular one. It was brand-new with the smell of fresh wood and all the facilities just unwrapped. Everything is there, kettle, microwave, fridge, toilet, shower with hot water, lots of power outlets, etc. The kids were simply delighted. Breakfast is available as advertised, simple, but very fulfilling (rice porridge, jam, honey, shelpek, tea), host is also very friendly and helpful.

Negative: Wifi is only available from the neighboring house, but guess they just haven't installed in the new house yet.

Summary: Great place to stay overnight between visits to Kolsay and Kaiyndy

Positive: It is a small, warm, clean house. The living room has a mountain view. The staff is helpful. You can contact the staff for a van to Kaindy Lake.

Negative: There is a new house construction, which is not very convenient. The electricity goes out often because it is a small village.

Positive: The owner at this apartment homestay were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay from A-Z. The house were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breathking view of the surrounding and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. It's totally clean and comfy homestay in city centre. We really had a wonderful stay in Kolsai Lake, Kazakhstan. Gently fully refurbished, preserving the new furniture's details and with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Easier to park your car as well. Very kind owner and great value for money. It was right in the heart of famous lake in Kazakhstan. Please don't looking for any homestay anymore if you are in Kolsai Lake area except to choose this homestay. As fully and truly with sincere recommendation, you should select this homestay!! For sure, we will come back again!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
