Positive: Outstanding.. our host was kind and hospitable.. very helpful for us.. great kitchen.. very comfy beds.. and big comfy chair for relaxing in.. fantastic location, very close to the Metro and buses (excellent public transport system).. and KOKI Mall.. quiet even though there was construction work over the road.. it's fairly small but enough for 2.. loved our 7 days in Budapest..

Negative: The shower drainage urgently needs unblocking and cleaning..

Summary: Outstanding, kind and helpful host, great location..

Positive: The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The items needed were all present. The bathroom was also clean and the mattress comfortable. The host very responsive, he answered immediately.

Negative: The entrance door has a glass window, and although it was frosted it felt still funny as there was no door to the living room and so I could see anyone walking by in the building. Also during the night if there was some movement the light going on was a bit disturbing my sleep. The WiFi didn't work as the router just went out that weekend, the host apologized for it.

Negative: The single bed - I think if the sofa is turned, a double bed would fit, which will give the property also more options to rent to couples.

Positive: I was looking specifically for a place close to public transport hub,and airport bus. No need to use an expensive taxi. 5 minutes walk to the bus. KOKI terminal has loads of food places,shops,cafes. There is also a Tesco and an OBI Diy superstore. I did not use the facilities but the apartment is well equipped,TV,Kettle,microwave,fridge freezer,dishwasher,an older washing machine,hoover,towels.

Negative: Maybe a second pillow would add to the comfort?
