Positive: We travelled as a family. 4 adults and 1 small kid. Plenty of space for everyone. The host is really kind. One of the best we ever had. We visited Budapest in summer time and she was even so kind that she turned the air condition on for us before arrival, prepared ice cubes and put water in the fridge. There is everything you (may or may not) need (and even more) starting from kitchen appliances, to hair dryer, air condition for hot summer days and the apartment is quite modern. The beds are big enough for 2 adults or even for 2 adults and a small kid, and they are comfortable. The apartment is tidy and one of the cleanest if not the cleanest we ever rented. I like that it is required that you use slippers in the apartment so no one gets in with dirty shoes. There are plenty slippers in front of the entrance door in many sizes if you didn't bring your own from home. The apartment is in a building with 2 apartments with a private (closed) yard, where there is plenty space for multiple cars, and there is even a closed garage you can use. This was good because we travelled with 2 cars. This is an outer district and we picked this location because it is more peaceful then the downtown, and we had a car. With car you can reach the downtown within 20 minutes. Bus station is also near, but if you visit Budapest without a car and you rely on public transport, it is better to rent a place directly in the downtown. (We personally like the outer, more peaceful districts of Budapest during the night, that is why we picked the area.) I can't recommend enough this apartment. If we visit Budapest in the future, this would be the place we would like to rent.

Negative: The toilet is really small, but everything else is perfect.

Positive: Nice appartment , spacious, two bedroom with a livingroom and a kitchen. Bathroom and a separate toilette. Felt safe. There was coffee and tea. You can cook, there is everything in the kitchen. Busstop almost outside so you can take the bus to the metro. Easy to contact the owner. Bathroom has a shower and washingmashine that works well. There were also cottonpads if you need to use. Beds are doubblebeds in each bedroom. There is an aircondition if you need to use but costs extra.

Negative: The appartment is next to a bigger road where the trafic is noicy and the apprtment is responsive. The dogs in the neigbourhood were barking all evening. The toilett is really small , a bigger person will have difficulties. We had to buy some new cleaning products in the kitchen as it was not fresh. The towels smelled like they have not been washed in high temperature, or an odd smell anyway. The doors to the bedrooms have frosted windows , so if your flatmate turns on the light it shines in to your bedroom, abit anoying. We were missing a working table, where you could have worked with your computer during the trip.

Positive: Noemi was my host and the apartment was neat & clean, spacious, fully equipped for family vacations. It had 2 private bedrooms, a common bathroom, and a hall with a sofa-bed. The kitchen has a fridge, dinning table, gas stove, toaster, and oven etc. The thermostat is located on the kitchen desk. Wifi's availability and speed was extremely good throughout the House. You can park the car inside the house garage. The english speaking host was quick in communication and reachable for any help.

Negative: Nothing..

Positive: Our host was really friendly but professional. The flat was unbelievably well equipped for any and all situations, the location was perfect for our goals and we had everything we wanted and more.

Negative: Bit far from the city, but public transport is available within walking distance. Overall apartment was good, but the toilet was a bit congested. And there was a smell of paint in the whole apartment, probably it was freshly painted.
