Summary: My friends and i just stayed at Koala House for the weekend. This was a nice private & tidy retreat near the caravan park. The pool and grounds were in excellent condition. The house was also extremely clean & tidy. However the dishwasher was broken and we were promised it would be repaired on the Friday after our arrival- still waiting. The fridge also needs relacing. The crisper is cracked & it wouldn't keep temp even though it was not overloaded. We received a bag of ice to keep it cold & a thermometer- i do admire the creativity. A couple of other disappointments- unable to use the bubbles in the spa & the BBQ wasn't clean. Nevertheless we did have a fabulous stay. The customer service was great & i would recommend a stay here. Beautiful location.

Summary: Nice, cozy house with plenty of room for multiple families. We had 4 couples with 3 having 1 kid each (4-6 years old). Enough space for everyone & having the pool & spa was great. House offered so much in way of amenities that kept our stay really comfortable. Unfortunately you could barely get internet throughout all of the property & the wifi didn’t work as the password was incorrect. When questioned at reception they weren’t willing to help. Area is a little isolated also with not much to do around the local but roughly a 30-40 minute drive to bigger towns & beaches. Otherwise a great, relaxing stay in a beautiful house

Summary: it's hard to find a six-bedroom house, let alone one with great facilities (private pool, spa, fireplace, access to holiday park playgrounds etc). This place is great. Going in winter, the spa was fantastic to have, as the kids could get in the water without the hypothermia. It was well presented, and the staff responded quickly to any issues. Would have liked to see some proper sharp knives in the kitchen, but then again that's a problem I've found at almost every place I've stayed. thoroughly enjoyed our time
