Summary: There were two issues that we had. We are handicapped and had to walk what seemed like a mile to the other end if the hotel to get to our room on the first floor. The second thing was that we had to walk a distance to the elevator to be able to go to a different floor for ice since there was no oce machine or soda machine.

Summary: Room was very clean and well air conditioned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Glad the pool area did not close early. We spent the day at Knotts Berry farm with our 6 yr old grandson and then came back to the hotel to swim for a few hours. We all had such a great time.
