Positive: The location was lovely and wildlife plus 7 minutes walk to start your hiking up the mountain Criffel. The bbq hut was good and the garden nice to, you came ever do a early sun rise watch from 8.35 am. Easy to relax and enjoy the view. Birds nest on the building so cute when I fly in in the evening.

Negative: Well the property is suffering from dumped so the first night with no heating on was a very strange smell of it that I had to get fabric breeze fresher to calm it down. And there was bucks around the Scurling edge of the floor and behind the wire on the floor, and dusty radiators looks like for century never been cleaned. With black mode inside places. One whole on the saving in corner, in shower room. Window on uneven in the conservatory in kitchen area looks broken so it cold in there but only the sun warm it if long enough. Hoover was never washed or empty in its lifetime. Problems with kettle working never been cleaned with scaler. Some furniture should never been hoovered underneath it. And was not worn about one chair in the other conservatory, that's already damaged. Oven was not that clean. And air fryer pan loose and damaged to just about us it.they need a new one. Bbq hut had charco in it and going rusty need treatment. You can not access garage from inside the building. You have to go away outside when weather bad.

Positive: This place is amazing and highly recommended , lovely house great location and stunning views, massive garden for the doggies to run round and very secure . House is really nicely presented , lovely and clean on arrival, comfortable beds , couldn't fault anything. , the elevated position makes it feel like your in the trees with nature , such a relaxing place to be , we didn't want to go home .

Positive: Stunning views, beautiful garden. Comfortable beds, relaxing lounge, well resourced kitchen, good shower, plenty hot water, peaceful and quiet. We loved it all.

Negative: The bird poo along the windows but we understood why it was there as we arched the housemartins flying in and out
