Positive: The River Spa Daydream package was brilliant relaxing and the staff in River Spa were wonderful. We Golfed on Monday and Kate and Staff at golfclub were really helpful. The westher was perfect conditions for Golf course itself was in great condition for winter time and to be able to play 18 holes yesterday was fantastic. The dining in Swift Bar food was lovely on all nights

Negative: On Sunday at arrival at Check in our card holder said only 1 night so I had to go back up and get receptionist to change it to 2 nights. On Monday after golf we went to use both outr cards to get into our room but were locked out. Again I had to go to reception to get them to re do our card to get access to our room. That night then my partner went to ask for an Irish Coffee and was told by Staff that coffee machine was cleaned. Never offered him about bpiling a kettle to make a normal coffee to make an Irish Coffee for the end of the holiday. Then this morning when we went down to the restaurant for breakfast and the hostess asked me our room number I told her 130 and she then checked her system and came back saying we were not entitled to breakfast. She then rang reception and I went and showed her the booking with breakfast included. She rudely told me to go out and show receptionist which I did who adked me room number i confirmed 130 yes you are entitled to breakfast. She then told me hostess said room 103. I went back in and told hostess that I said room q30 and she insisted I said Room 103. Not an apology or anything left a sour taste in my mouth

Positive: The room was grand, dinner and breakfast on site was excellent! The pool and sauna weren't bad, could use a little update, but totally usable.

Summary: We only stayed one night on our way to Dublin airport, but the hotel and it's facilities were grand!
