Summary: This was a nice and clean room, with a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed the complimentary refreshments which were a nice touch. Very central location to friends we were visiting.

Summary: We booked 4 nights in Executive King Bed room and it was great. There was plenty of space as well as a balcony. The staff, especially those servicing our room, were great. Very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They really added to the enjoyment of our stay. Also, it was easy to get more coffee, tea and snacks at any time from the reception self-service area.

Summary: Nice staff, close to Kingston shops, free parking. Room chair is uncomfortable and desk in room is too small. Bathroom way too big for size of room, would be better to use extra floorspace in room.

Summary: Such a great hotel. Clean & comfortable rooms with a great coffee pod machine & free water & snacks, including soft drink (unheard of in most hotels). Wonderful location in Kingston & we walked to a local Italian restaurant for a yummy meal. Quiet neighbourhood & a comfy bed! We will be back 😊
