Positive: The location was convenient, but keep in mind that you're next to the interstate so there will be traffic noise. I didn't see any bugs (bugs are a deal breaker for me). The bed was comfortable, the TV and electric sockets all worked, the linens appeared and smelled clean.

Negative: The entire property needs work - repairs, paint, upgrades, etc., etc.

Summary: If you only need a place to sleep, this place will check that box

Positive: No nonsense, safe area, close access to services, large room, has everything you need, clean, comfortable, not fancy but great for a night or two of sleep. For the practical, non-snob in you.
