Summary: Locked down main office. Had to "check in" from outside. Exterior condition rather poor. Room was decent, but no coffee maker...and no coffee at the main office in the morning! Never have seen that before. Shower curtain pulling off the wall ...barely holding the curtain.

Summary: The staff was extremely rude upon check in and it was not necessary. We made an error in booking and the representative was hateful rather than helpful. We chose to find an alternative hotel for the remainder of our stay.
