Positive: Breakfast was in lobby not convenient to the room so we did not partake. The location back behind other building on highway made the road noise non-existent.

Negative: Inconvenient breakfast and the towels and wash cloths no refreshed. Learned afterwards that has to be asked for.

Positive: Inn is done in white with blue shutters. It is right off the main highway, but down the hill so that you are not bothered by any noise. It’s quite quiet and there are many people here the room is very clean and a bargain for the money. It’s close to everything I went to Rockport, Gloucester Beverly, and had plenty of time to do more. For dinner the first night I chose an Italian restaurant up the street that was terrific. They also have all kinds of seafood. Magi I suggest unless you’re large eaters that you order dishes and split them I had enough food for another day.

Negative: There was nothing I think they just are recently updating the property because inside it is very modern very clean. You have a microwave in a fridge a large television not a postage stamp. I highly recommend this property if you’re doing a lot of traveling or if you’re going on a bus tour you might ask them to book ahead so that you could all stay in this unique setting check it out.

Summary: The next time I come back to Boston and I want to tour New England. I will definitely stay here.

Positive: This motel was difficult to find because it was down a hill behind a truck stop and not visible from the main road. There was nothing nearby. It was advertised as in a suburban community, but it was right off a highway, behind a truck stop and car dealer, down a deep embankment with not one venue nearby. The clerk was a darling and extremely helpful. It was fairly clean and well maintained but run down.

Negative: The motel was advertised as "excellent" located in a nice, suburban neighborhood. It was, in fact, adjacent to the highway, behind a truck stop and car dealership, down a deep embankment. A one story motel. It was run down, but clean and decent. But I didn't feel comfortable staying there. The clerk was kind, helpful and polite.

Summary: Did not stay there. Not as advertised. Location behind truck stop, down a hill. No venues nearby.
