Summary: Black marks in room 125 bathroom tub, toilet paper is soaked when we checked in and not enough towels for the 4 people i did the reservation for. There is better for the price nearby!

Summary: On first entry in hotel it looked wonderful, went up to our room, seemed clean, went to bathroom and toilet seat came off in my hand. Got up next morning to find that breakfast (same old garbage, powdered eggs) very limited items, bland. However, you had to Pay $9.00 pp for it. Daughter used lobby bathroom only to find blood on the floor. Second day no housekeeping service, had to go to front desk to have it done. Third day, again, no housekeeping service. They went all around us but never our room. Will definitely scrutinize next doubletree hotel before stating at one

Summary: Breakfast buffet was fresh with good choices. The dining area was next to the party area where there was a piano for when the area was in use. Parents let their kids pound on the piano keys during the breakfast time. I'm sure that is not piano is there for and it should be made off limits to anyone other than its proper use.

Summary: After discovering our bathroom, water was yellow we requested a room change. The room change was a downgrade in the larger bed size and unlike our first room, the heating unit doesn't allow for the fan to stay on so it kept waking us up going on and off all night. The bathroom shower floods the whole bathroom. And we are on the parking lot side so the plows going through the lot all night would back up and loudly beep right outside the window. We are definitely disappointed in this stay.
