This is a spacious and luxurious apartment just five minutes walk from the centre of Klosters.
The apartment sleeps up to four adult guests (or two adults and three children on request) and has stunning views towards the Silvretta glacier.
It has a large beautiful living room with open fireplace, corner sofa and typical Swiss stammtisch dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC. There is a second large twin bedroom. The second bathroom with bath, shower and WC and also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Around the living room is a large sunny wrap-around balcony with outdoor furniture.
The apartment of around 85 sq.m. is on the third floor of a four-storey chalet building built in 2000.
It is located just five minutes walk from the centre of Klosters village, the train station and the Gotschna cable car.
Guests have access to one underground garage parking space and the building's ski and skiboot rooms.
The apartment is managed by Teresa’s Homes in Klosters, who will welcome you to our alpine home and be available to deal with any requests and advise you on local rental equipment hire, ski school and all Klosters' restaurants, bars and shops.
During the winter season, bookings are only by the week, unless by arrangement and there is a cleaning charge.
In addition, there is an obligatory Klosters Tourist Tax for a Guest Card that will give you free travel on public transport (buses and trains) in Klosters and Davos and discounts on trips up the mountain for non-skiers, etc. (See the Davos-Klosters website and search on 'guest-card'.) The 2020 cost of the Guest Card is CHF 5.50 per person per night (children under 12 years old are free).
Payment of the Guest Card for each guest is payable on arrival at check-in with our agent, Teresa’s Homes.

Summary: We just returned from a week's stay at the property and from the moment we made the booking, I immediately felt well looked after. Both Richard and Teresa were attentive and answered all my questions very promptly. I was even able to check in early which with a family is always a luxury as it takes a huge amount of effort to organise a trip. When we arrived I immediately noticed the apartment and building was very clean and well looked after. The host had created a very cost space, very comfortable beds, sofas and tasteful decoration. Very large bedrooms with 2 generous bathrooms each with a bath and shower, open living space and kitchen. Even though there was 4 of us in the apartment, it didn't feel crowded. The apartment had everything you could ask for; including all kitchen utensils, towels, bathroom goodies, washing powder etc. Due to covid the restaurants were shut, but the host had even organised delivery menus for the local restaurants in our welcome pack so we had options even when we didn't want to cook. The location of the apartment is also great - with only a 5 min walk to Klosters platz including supermarkets, shops and the Bergbahn/Ski lift too. Parking at the apartment was also easy and we appreciated the underground park space as it heavily snowed for 2 days when we were there. Even when we run out of firewood and so had the supermarket- a quick message to the host and we found a place that had stock! We are very grateful, big thank you Richard for a wonderful stay!

Summary: This property ticks all the boxes as it is very clean, comfortable and in a quiet but convenient location being close to both the train station and Coop supermarket. I found communicating with both the owner and the keyholder straightforward with my questions answered quickly. Unlike many holiday rentals this apartment is more like a home from home with a well equipped kitchen, English TV channels and very comfy bed. On the one rainy day when we were forced to stay in we appreciated the jigsaws and the choice of CDs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone who is considering a holiday in Klosters.

Summary: I can't say we liked it, we loved this home! Apartment is really very cozy and comfortable in all respects and it feels like real home. It is equipped with everything you need for life and even more. ..and the view from the balcony towards the mountains "takes your breath away" each time you look at it. Still under the impression of the glare of the sun on the mountain tops during the sunset. Warmly recommend.

Summary: We thoroughly loved renting this perfectly cozy and bright 2 bedroom condo located in the heart of Klosters...5 minute walk from the ski hill, grocery store, shops, and lovely walking/cross country ski trails. An absolute gem of an apartment which also had a lovely wrap around terrace providing full sun throughout the day.

Summary: Our stay in Klosters was lovely. The apartment is very spacious for a family of 4 and very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Great to have a washing machine and drier too. We had an amazing week - 5 days of glorious sunshine and 1 day of snow. A little bit of a shame that there had not been any fresh snow for 2 - 3 weeks but I found it great as there was no ice however my husband found the off piste a bit lacking due to there being no fresh snow. If I could offer any small suggestions for improvement it would be based on other things that we have experienced in other rentals. For the chalet to include some basic toiletries - e.g. soaps and shower gel is always nice. Also we have often been left a kind of starter/welcome pack of food essentials - this is always a nice touch. All in all a great holiday Thanks Carla

Summary: We’ve just come back from a lovely holiday staying in this apartment, was just as nice as the pictures, beautifully decorated with lots of rustic alpine charm. Well positioned in the town within walking distance to the lift, restaurants and shops. Very helpful owner, would highly recommend!

Summary: What a great find! A lovely, warm, cosy apartment, well-located, close to the centre of Klosters. For our family of four, this really was like a home away from home. So lovely to spend day skiing and the evenings in front of a log fire. Good price, easy to book and a simple key handover procedure. We will be back to this little gem soon. Thank you.
