Positive: Well appointed for the beach, plenty of parking and no heavy traffic. Extremely well equipped, literally everything we needed. Great linen, the bed which was a great night's sleep was so comfy. WiFi was available even though it said it wasn't, so that was unexpected surprise. Just so clean and comfortable and well cleaned. Shower is gorgeous

Negative: Steps were a surprise.

Positive: I was working in the Marine Hall more or less directly opposite the Kittiwake so couldn't have been a better location for my stay, also convenient for local shops and supermarkets etc and plenty of free parking nearby

Positive: A really lovely modern apartment, equiped for all of our needs, comfy bed and lovely hosts who responded to our queries really quickly.

Negative: Unfortunately the guests in the apartment above were very loud during our stay until the early hours in the morning, which made it difficult to get any sleep. This is not the hosts fault but unfortunately this did effect our stay.

Positive: Very nice comfortable bed. Newly refurbished unit so clean and tidy. Most needs catered for

Negative: We were told this property had a sea view. You would need to be approx 7ft tall to see the sea from this BASEMENT apartment. We were very disappointed to have been misled and not only was it in the basement, if someone parked at the front it blocked out any sunlight or daylight. The other problem was that every little noise could be heard from the flat above and when there were 11 people enjoying a birthday celebration wearing shoes and running up and down it became very noisy. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are 3 steps down to the front door and another 3 into the apartment.

Summary: Disappointed not to have been told it was a basement. Would never have booked had we known this
