Summary: Really this hotel should not have been open for booking as they were in the middle of a major rennovation. They did upgrade us to the suite on the top floor but had not taken the bother to clean it and it was very dusty. It does have marvelous views. What also was a big worry, was that there was no obvious fire escape from the top floors and would be a death trap should fire break out. The hotel has obviously seen better days and is in need of a major amount of money spending on it to bring it up to standard. The staff did try hard to help which ws much appreciated but it would be in their interest to close untill fully rennovated

Summary: This is an historic building within the ancient walls of the city. Therefore, driving there can be difficult. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom has been modernized, but the rooms are old and historic.

Summary: This is an old hotel that has seen better days. It would have been a majestic building back in the day, but for modern day comfort, it has some work to do. I can totally understand people coming here for nostalgic reasons, but the bed amongst other facilities are quite dated. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the parking for the hotel which is literally in a narrow alley (with extremely limited spaces) is quite challenging.

Summary: Within the walls of the old city of Bursa. A bit challenging to find as I had rented a car but the staff was superb and it’s a great location.
