Positive: Breakfast was good. I loved the location on a walking distance from major attractions. The best of all the view of sea was refreshing.

Negative: They need to boost up their dealing with the customers. Especially, people who come with the family needs patience and courteous communication.

Summary: Overall good but due to unfriendly behavior of few of the staff (NOT ALL) I wish I stayed elsewhere.

Positive: The amazing location and good view. The apartment is so clean and very well equipped.the suburb is too quite .If have car it will be near from the most places and 10 min from the down town .

Negative: The master room has no private toilet . One of the rooms has no AC and the AC in the living room was not working . Due to the language problem there is miscommunication . The housekeeping did not come every day only when we asked the reception . Kitchen needs more renewing .

Positive: hot water, vew, parking and spacious.

Negative: the appartment was dusty on arrival as you can see in the picture i uploaded my socks became dusty as soon as i step foot on the floor and we requested it to be cleaned , in termes of safety all the doors came without locks or keys so we where always worried that our kids might access the balcony and may fallout. we requestd for the keys to the rooms but they guy who came with lots of keys and was very rude and didnt even solve the problem.The master bedrom had no keys or locks hemce adults could not maintain there privecy, Additionaly the wifi was not working at all the signal was very week and it keep on disconecting as shown in the picture.we only got a signal when we where near the elevater.Upon arrival the AC where not working but they fixed that immediately. there was hot water which was a relif. but the cleaning of the appartmentw was not done even when we placed the cleaning tag outside the door. we approched the reception and the lady said it done once a week and currently the cleaning lady is on vacation.

Summary: The apartment had several issues dustiness, lack of door locks, malfunctioning Wi-Fi.
