Positive: I liked the house close proximity to shops and public transport and cleanliness and comfort of the house and also nice backyard

Negative: TV for some reason wouldn't show normal TV channels seemed to just show lines and blotches of picture and loose screws on door handles

Positive: The property is located in a lovely quiet street within walking distance of the local shopping mall.

Negative: The only thing that stressed us was doing a right turn onto the main road. Very busy and took what felt like an age to be able to join the traffic safely. I recommend turning into Gary Street and meander your way through.

Negative: There could have been a small container of milk supplied. After a long drive searching for a shop to buy milk to have a cuppa is not ideal. Top sheets should be supplied on all beds especially in Sydney's humid weather.

Positive: Kirkwood had everything that you could need. The house was better than we thought and was super spacious. Backyard was a nice vibe to chill out and have a coffee.
